Q-RAK is not related to any religion and does not origin from any religion and does not use any religious rituals. Q-RAK is purely an energy management system of the human body. Nevertheless, Q-RAK is very useful for getting a deeper understanding of religion and helping believers of all religions to improve their quality and quantity of belief.

Q-RAK, SCIENTIFICAL FINDING OF GOD

It has been a long obsession of mine to make the spiritual secret as something explicit and easy to understand by everyone, despite of their different religious backgrounds, considering that spiritual it self is without a doubt something universal. When we step out of this universality, we will in an instance leave a spiritual sphere order. It is true that every religion has its own partial spiritual quality at one level, but on another level it provides a more universal spiritual sphere for its believers.

Every religion obliges its believers to always stick to their clear, standard, and relative rigid rules that are arranged carefully in a so called “Holy Book” or qauliyah verses from God.  Confession of faith toward one religion demands its believers to always follow the main rule as a life practice toward His Presence.

Religion, however,  also provides a more loose sphere when it expects its believers to dig and explore more about the universe (macro cosmos) and self (micro cosmos) as kauniyah verses of God. The second term is definitely more universal because the universe is not monopolized by one religious faith.

Understanding the book and method of Q-RAK as a spiritual evolution system that can bring us closer to God means to understand universal verses that spreads and lies in our selves.

The Q-RAK method offered by Grand Master Rony Irianto is a scientific spiritual technology with strong philosophical basis. Of course this only counts when we have managed to go beyond knowledge limitation developed by modern scientists who only observe and develop physical objects. Such knowledge limitation was probably at first meant to clearly distinct between “mind” and “religion”, but in time became a standard definition and reality. The limitation encourage many scientists to believe that the physical world is the only existing reality such as reflected by materialism, secularism, and positivism, namely philosophical views that usually in the end reject spiritual realities (meta-physics) or supernatural sphere.

Influenced by materialistic point of view, scientists particularly physics experts, commonly believe that nature has fundamental units as building blocks of the entire universe. They call these nature fundamental units as atoms which they trust to be the most basic materials (physic) of the world. They do not give any space for spiritual realities (metaphysics) in their minds since spiritual realities can not be physically observed.

But, researches in the field of quantum physics have challenged such materialistic view.  They stated that in every atom there is a wide space and non material emptiness which spread between the atom core and orbit.

So, when we speak about the scientific method of Q-RAK, we speak with a point of view that believes the universe to be not just one dimensional, but multidimensional with a wider non material world.Thus Q-RAK is focusing more on that matter.

Now back to our discussion about qauliyah and kauniyah verses from God: By creating a clear map of both lots (mind and religion), I might say that in substance (including detail of practice) Q-RAK method can not and should not be argued against religion. As a self development method based on the universe, Q-RAK is not violating any religion rules. Q-RAK is not a religion and not exclusively connected to a certain religion. Shall we try to find its theological root, we will find its root in every religion that gives us a chance to dig and reveal more about the secrets of ourselves and the universe, thus lead us to a more positive development in getting to know God better (makrifat). Those who know more about themselves will know more about their God.

Clearly a perfect knowledge about our selves will become a mean to know God. This is of course related to the realm of perfect human being which I will try to explain in detail from theological point of view, beginning from the discussion about human structure, religious being, and Iblis as our true enemy. Furthermore, I will compare these theological concepts with Q-RAK concepts as a form of self digging and development and universal verses.

Composition and Structure of Human Being

“Allah has created Adam according to His presence” (H.R. Bukhari and Ahmad).

The human structure is a structure of varied natures and its units. This is of course not apparent from its appearance, but more from the matters arranging it, its interrelation and law mechanism where nature is not only defined as visible physical world, but also worlds beyond it (supernatural dimensions).

Overall the human structure comprises three aspects: spirit (jauhar), soul (‘aradh), and physic (jism).

Human’s physic is formed from varied components and elements that are able to ‘bring’ and maintain the spirit and soul, subsequently becoming a body with face, two arms and legs, which can do many activities. Physical elements are the same with macro cosmos elements: water, air, fire, and soil. This can be observed from the creation of Adam, the first Prophet, who was made through ath-thiin (dry clay) and shalshal (black mud), where both are results of change of four elements: soil, water, air, and fire (Quran Al-Hijr [15]: 28).  For the children of Adam, this process is no longer transparent because their bodies are formed in their mothers’ wombs through sperm (nuthfah), a clump of blood (‘alaqah),  and a clump of meat (mudghah) (Quran Al-Mu’minuun [23]: 12-14).

Nevertheless, the children of Adam are still made from four elements mentioned above and will in the end return into their basic forms. Furthermore, life mechanism that involves body parts if observed more carefully has similarity with the mechanism involving nature parts (macro cosmos). But to comprehensively map this similarity, even if we have a long life of a million years, we would never be able to fully explain it. We, however, are encouraged to try to analyze what we see. Thus we can find our macro cosmos self similar with our micro cosmos self.

A human being also has a spirit as its substance or jauhar, which is independent, nowhere, and not positioned anywhere. A spirit is a simple nature that is not formed from varied materials, thus will not face destruction as material matters. Hence, death for a human being is simply death of its body where it dissolves and returns into what it was previously, while the spirit lives on and will not disappear.

A spirit is a perfect and sole essence which not appears besides through remembering, memorizing, thinking, differing, and considering, thus claimed to receive all knowledge. It knows rational and irrational matters. It can understand, think, and respond to everything; unlike the real body and brain that are simply material objects.

So, the essence of a human being is the spirit. It is called jauhar when it represents the substance of material forms. But, jauhar is not part of the material world, meaning that it does not consist of material elements.

The spirit represents substance (jauhar) and the body represents material (jism). The spirit owns desires and knowledge, while the body can become a mean for the spirit to shape desires in the creation of material world.

When a spirit has been attached to a body, self powers will appear such as sight, hearing, movement, thinking, and others in accordance with the human’s growth. These powers are then called soul (‘aradh), which is commonly defined as character that forms along with jauhar and jism.

The meeting between spirit and body is actually a process that needs time where the spirit will explore the body, thus from the natural structure of that body or material the spirit will try to find certain talents after it manages to control it.

This natural material process is what makes a spirit have two sides: positive and negative, yin and yang. One side leads to the spirit world (high world, alamu’ a’la) and the other side leads to the under world (low, material world) where the spirit is ordered to preserve both sides. From the side to the high world it looks similar to an angel, even higher with varied priorities and proximities to God.  While from the side to the low world it becomes able to interact with the low world which is formulated from material elements (physical world). Control of the spirit toward the material world is through the physical body (jism).

“And a soul and Him Who perfected it. And inspired it (with conscience of) what is wrong for it and (what is) right for it. He is indeed successful who causeth it to grow. And he is indeed a failure who stunteth it. (Quran Ash-Shams [91]:7-10)

Divine Human

As we know, God at essence level is absolute (unconditional) and impossible to understand. Because He is beyond time and space and the universe (as what is stated in a qudsi hadis from God’s saying: “I am a buried Treasure, and I love to be known, so I created the universe”). God as essence is truly divine. He can not be described on how He is and like what He is. He can only be known negatively, namely that He is different from others beside Him. He is different from anything that we can imagine. This is because, according to Sufis, at that level God has not yet become an entity (ghair muta’ayyan).  God has even not yet become personal and related to nature (compare the concept with impersonal God in Buddhism!). But at character level or process in becoming an entity (ta’ayun process), God is no longer an Essence that can not be approached, but already personal and can be known more positively. The concept of God at this level is what we commonly know: God with identity or certain characters.

According to Sufis, God’s characters are inseparable with nature, especially humans. Because from their point of view, these characters are prototypes or arch-types from all that exists in the universe. He is like the form toward material or soul: the core from every human being.  All things in this universe are manifestations (tajalliyat) of God’s characters. That’s why the universe is considered as mirror of what God sees in His image.

Every existence level of living being reflects certain characters of God. The higher the level, the more characters of God it reflects. And on top of all, human beings are the ultimate form ever created (ahsan at-taqwim) or created in His form or image (ala shuratihi).

As I mentioned before, human beings are called “micro cosmos” because in human beings contain all elements of cosmic, from mineral level to human level. Human beings also have spiritual, non material elements. When every form level reflects certain characters of God, the universe as a whole is a mirror of God, thus human beings have elements of the universe which have potentials to reflect all characters of God.

Human beings can reflect characters of God and their reflection can become up-to-date when they manage to optimize all their humanity potentials. Human beings will reflect all characters of God when they reach perfection or insan kamil. Because of their ability to reflect divine characters, they are called Divine Humans. And this doesn’t mean that we have raised the human level to God level. Because God remains God and human beings remain His servants who must conduct their duties as God’s representatives in the world. How is the process of perfection happen in human beings? Next I will try to map the process in accordance to tasawuf teaching that I know.

In the world of tasawuf, it is known the concept of Nur Muhammad or the Essence of Muhammad (there is perhaps a different term in other religions). He is the first creation (the first human being created by God). From sprinkles of nur, the spirits (substances/jauhar) of human beings (called human spirits) originate. So, according to this theory, Nur Muhammad exists and owned by all human beings.

Human spirit as substance of human nature is different from Ruhul Qudus.  In the self of perfected human by God as perfect human (insan kamil) there is a sprinkle of ‘noble element’. This is what we call Ruhul Qudus. Ruhul Qudus is not the Angel Gabriel as several interpretation experts believe.  Gabriel is called Ruhul Amin, not Ruhul Qudus. While Ruhul Qudus whose characterized in the Quran as Ruh min Amr Rabbi or Spirit from Amr Allah (Amr = business, responsibility, order). In Christianity it is called the Holy Spirit. When God wishes to complete a person with Ruhul Qudus, this is what makes a human more noble than any other creature.

“When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My Spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him.” (Quran Shad 38:72)

The sprinkle of His spirit is only descended to humans who He perfected, who in His blessing are given the permission to reach perfect human (insan kamil) or Divine Human; thus not every human experience it.

In Islam tasawuf, it is believed that Adam alaihis salam and Isa (Jesus) alaihis salam, two human beings created by Him directly from ‘His hand’ without conception process, directly received divine ‘perfection’ spirit (Ruhul Qudus) which united with their human spirit when they were created. That’s why in the process of Adam’s creation, after He blew His spirit into him, the angels prostated themselves.

The prophets, as chosen ones, went through this purification process easily because of His guidance and wish because they have special mission (treatise) from God. While common human beings who are created through natural process of His wish are also given means to receive the gift of becoming a Divine Human.

Ruhul Qudus will appear only after the human spirit and the soul have been perfectly processed. In Islam, this perfection process is signed by the materialization of the Silent Soul (nafs al-muthmainnah) where the person is willing to take all of Allah’s wishes and Allah is willing to bless the person.

“But ah! Thou soul at peace! Return unto thy Lord, content in His good pleasure! Enter thou among My Bondmen! Enter thou My Garden! (Quran Al-Fajr [89]: 27-30).

When a human reaches such willingness, the curtain between the person and God will open where he can step by step access God’s power perfectly to the phase where God is willing to blow His spirit to unite with him.

So, it is not quite true when we say that human beings are the most absolute gracious creatures in the universe because a human being only becomes the most gracious creature when Allah has provided him with this ‘element’. Before that, a human can be lower than a livestock (see the Quran, Al-Furqon [25]: 44).

The gift of spirit from God to a human is what people commonly call as manunggaling kawulo gusti or “the unification of God with his servant” which we usually refer to Sufis all over the world whereas in reality it is a gift of His Spirit or Ruhul Qudus to a person. As an essence it is impossible for Allah and its creations to unite. At perfect level, a human being remains a creature.

What happens is – as I mentioned before – a manifestation (tajalli) of God’s characters in a human being.

Abdul Karim al-Jili in his book al-Insan al-Kamil fi Ma’rifati al-Awakhir wa al-Awa’il stated when God’s character manifestates in a human being or his servant, the human being will swim in the character’s orbit (falak). When the character of knowledge from God manifestates in a human being, the person will be able to know comprehensively the objects of knowledge from beginning to end. The person will know something from its quality, its existence and how it will become, something not existing yet and what will never be as long as it doesn’t exist yet. When the character manifestated is God’s character of Al Razaq, the Great Fortune Provider, a human being will reflect power that can “influence” fortune in this world and so forth.

So, Divine Human is believed as representative of Allah in the universe (khalifatullah fi al-ardh), besides as seal of the universe and also as a door for the universe to see the Creator, to know Him, the beauty and power of God that reflects from the person. Divine Human is a bridge of God’s mercy (helper) for the universe to walk in the presence and knowledge about Him. Divine Human is the hand of His Generosity (shurratur-Rahmaan) that makes the entire universe become a mean that increases someone’s status. This is a mandate given to a Divine Human who is believed as the spirit and light of life for the entire universe.

Iblis as a True Enemy

Angels bow before Adam because in a human that has been perfected by Him (insane kamil) there is what we call as “My Spirit” as stated previously in the holy Quran, Shad (38: 72).

The angels did not bow to the physical nature of Adam. The angels bow to anyone who reflects a clear, focus, and not blur ‘image’ of Allah, namely the existence of His Spirit (Ruhul Qudus) in someone’s soul.
Since Iblis can not see inside the human’s core soul where Ruhul Qudus is attached by Allah, he sees Adam as nothing more than soil used as the material of his body, thus made him unwilling to bow before Adam.

Who is Iblis? Iblis originated from the genie nation who had reached a high cultivation level and lived in heaven.  He could even speak directly to Allah. But because of his arrogance and envy (Quran Shad [38]: 76) he degraded to the cursed level of God until the Day After.

“Behold! We said to the angels: ‘Bow down to Adam’. They bowed down except Iblis. He was one of the Jinns, and he broke the Command of his Lord.
(Quran Al-Kahf [18]: 50)

Allah said to him: “Get thee out from here: for thou art rejected, accursed. And My Curse shall be on thee till the Day of Judgment.” (Quran Shad [38]:77-78)

Iblis then asked permission to Allah to have power of tempting humans until the end of time. Thus Iblis gained the priviledge of living until the end of time determined by Allah.   (See Quran Shad [38]: 79-81).

“(Iblis) said: Then by Thy power, I will put them all in the wrong. Except Thy Servants amongst them, sincere and purified (by Thy grace).” (Quran Shad [38]: 82-83)

In another verse it is told that Iblis said: “O my Lord! Because Thou hast put me in the wrong, I will make (wrong) fair-seeming to them on the earth, and I will put them all in the wrong. Except Thy servants among them, sincere and purified (by thy grace). Allah said: This (Way of My sincere servants) is indeed a Way that leads straight to Me. For over My servants no authority shalt thou have, except such as put themselves in the wrong and follow thee.” (Quran Al-Hijr [15]: 39-42)

From the story above we know that Iblis and his progeny have gained permission from God to do whatever they want in order to mislead Adam’s progeny. In one of the verses, Iblis actually said that he will adorn human deeds. Many people physically conduct countless prayers and good deeds, but in their hearts there is a chance for Iblis and his progeny to enter the heart and soul and in the long term dominate and control these people. This is what in the Quran language is called as anxiety.

As confessed by Iblis himself, He can not tempt Allah’s servants who are mukhlashin. The word mukhlashin is the plural form of mukhlash which is the passive form (maf’ul) of khalasha. If we open the Arabic dictionary, we will find the meaning of khalasha, namely pure. Mukhlashin means purified people. The word mukhlashin also means the chosen ones.

So, mukhlashin are people who have reached perfection with sprinkles of His Spirit inside of them. Hence, Ikhlas (with a large I) is a pure self condition (maqam) from all negative matters: negative emotions, sins (negative karma), and influences of Iblis (this is perhaps the meaning of God’s saying above). This kind of Ikhlas concept is different from ikhlas (with a small i), namely someone’s true effort to eliminate all kinds of heart bond, except His blessing. When a person or servant has always tried to be ikhlas and Allah blesses him, then Allah himself has purified the person (mukhlashin) with the gift of sprinkle of His spirit.

The point is human beings have to be always cautious in order to prevent themselves of getting persuaded by Iblis because Iblis is the true enemy of us. He has promised to try as hard as he can to mislead Adam’s progeny, to make them unable to reach “purity” (perfection) and become Divine Humans. Because when a human reaches perfection, Iblis no longer has the power to deviate the person.

Human beings are not allowed to trust Iblis and his progeny, especially making them alliance.

“Will ye then take him (Iblis) and his progeny as protectors rather than Me? And they are enemies to you!” (Q.S. Al-Kahf [18]: 50)

The easiest way for Iblis to break into ourselves is the bond of heart and dominant negative souls. Hence, ikhlas (without bond of heart) is very important and the main requirement of all good deeds to be received by Allah.

Scientific Spiritual Evolution System

Newtonians (followers of Newton) and other positivists state that the smallest particle that arrange this universe is atom and atom is more seen as a solid particle instead of a wave or superstring. Thus, people believe that the most basic material (physical) component in the world is atom which can not be divided anymore. For them, there is no room to believe in spiritual realities (metaphysics) since they can not be sensoric observed.

However, such view about the universe is today left by modern physicists. The assumption that atom is a particle has been challenged and new theories emerge, such as “wave theory” or superstring theory by Stephen Hawking. Believes that state atom as the smallest element that can not be divided anymore has long been left and new physicists divide the atom world into five levels: molecule, atom, nucleus (core), hadron, and quark. Atom alone consists of nucleus (core) and orbit. Inside the core there are two kinds of hadron, namely neutron and proton which both consists of quarks, whereas in the orbit there is electron.

The most important thing about this theory is the existence of a wide space between the atom’s core (nucleus) and its orbit (electron). It is said that in our nails there are millions of atoms and every atom has a wide and empty space between the atom’s core and its orbit.

According to Brian Haines in his book “God’s Whisper and Creation’s Thunder” if we enlarge the atom’s core until it can be seen as big as a marble, the position of electron in the orbit is as far as more than 300 meters. That means there is a non material empty space between the atom’s core and orbit. So, the largest part of atom is non material instead of material as Newton claimed.

What’s more interesting, as Haines stated, is that if we can compact all atoms in our body by (for example) pulling electrons into the atom’s core, we will be reduced into a size of a very sharp pencil tip. If we can compact our world like above, it will reduce into a size of a marble.

From my point of view this quantum reality is a very significant critic toward positivism that consider the universe as nothing more than a material object, thus they lost their ground. They were wrong by considering this wide world as a single dimension and material matter. In reality most parts of this universe is non material.

Now, if this quantum scientific concept is accepted, we will be then able to accept the scientific method of Q-RAK. In Q-RAK the process to reach perfection is natural in a quantum (non material) world. With a very high and soft energy reaching quintillion levels under quark, the evolution of human’s spiritual can be done in a very short period of time.

In the concept of Q-RAK, the human body mainly consists of physical body, spirit body (jauhar/substance), and soul body (‘aradh/character). With specific energy, the three bodies are purified from all matters that make them dirty such as influence of dark forces (demons), negative karmas, and negative emotions. Such purification is called cultivation or spiritual evolution.

Spirit cultivation in Eastern tradition is done by training kundalini. With a very specific Q-RAK energy, the process of kundalini will be easy to overcome in a short period of time. When the kundalini process is finished, where kundalini’s core has united with the core of the crown chakra, a curtain or screen that has been blocking us from divine light or power will open. After this screen is opened, we will be able to access God’s power to help us purify our spirit (several reiki schools mistakenly believe that this energy or power of god can be accessed by simply opening the crown chakra. Therefore, they find reiki energy identical with divine energy, whereas in reality it isn’t). When our spirit has been perfected, a spiritual evolution will happen, where our spirit reaches holy spirit level. In Eastern tradition, especially Hinduism, this level of holy spirit is called Avatar level.

In Q-RAK, the holy spirit is also called Avatar. So, Avatar in Q-RAK concept is not God nor other creatures like angels, genies, or demons, but our own spirit; a part of us that has reached perfection. The Avatar level will continue to rise along with the purity level of our spirit.

The next cultivation is the soul. Equal to the soul concept in tasawuf and theological tradition that I have mentioned before, Q-RAK also calls the soul as character (‘aradh/akhlak). Human beings have many souls or characters; some are positif and some are negative. Developing a positive soul (admirable character) means preparing ourselves to receive tajalli or manifestation of God’s character. On the contrary, when we let a negative spirit (impeccable character) develop (by following our desire and ego), it means we’re opening the door for iblis to step inside of us. Once he’s inside, he will constantly try to control our conscious and mislead us.

In religion (especially celestial religion), purification of the soul is conducted through total submission towards God’s teaching that has been brought by His Messenger.

Through this submission, the negative soul will automatically experience limitation or restraints in its growth, while positive soul continues to develop along with silence (muthmainnah) and sincerity (free from bond) in the heart. Inversely to positive souls with submission to God, negative souls keeps weakening and shrinking.

In Q-RAK, with specific, holy and high vibration of energy (since it has united with divine energy), cultivation of positive souls can easily be conducted. While negative souls will keep weakening or shrinking along with the purity level of positive soul. A soul that has reached perfection in Eastern tradition is called Dewa; in Buddhism it is called reaching Buddha phase. Here I must re-emphasize that like Avatar, Dewa is not God nor an angel, a genie, or iblis. It is our positive soul that has reached perfection and holy soul level. The Dewa level can also continue to rise along with the purity level of the soul.

In Q-RAK, the process of reaching Avatar and Dewa level is through initiation or attunement by a Master who has the ability to do it. With such initiation, practitioners can not only access Q-RAK energy – quintillion times under quark regarding its softness and height, but also experience spiritual evolution in their spirit body and soul body. Having this ability along with holy body from the spirit and soul, practitioners are expected to constantly purify themselves from influences of dark powers (iblis), negative karmas, and negative emotions.

The purer we are, the more perfect we unite with the sprinkle of His Spirit. This is what we call spiritual technology which can explain the life mechanism involving body parts (physical and non physical) and the universe, where we can find similar mechanism involving parts of nature (macro cosmos). Nevertheless, to make a complete and detail mapping of this similarity in a book or manuscript is impossible. Hence, we are encouraged to try, to research, and to experience them ourselves. Through Q-RAK, we can find macro cosmos similarity with our micro cosmos and find our identity.

My conclusion is that Q-RAK is not incompatible and should not be conflicted with any religion. As a scientific method emphasizing on digging the essence of the universe and ourselves, Q-RAK is a universal spiritual system that can be learned and practiced by everyone with all kinds of religious and belief backgrounds. By learning Q-RAK practitioners are not forced to leave their religions. With in-depth understanding and proper practice of Q-RAK, we will be able to improve our faith and closeness quality with God.

Q-RAK is a blessing for seekers. This is a revolutionary method in the spiritual world which can not only be scientifically verified, but has also proven to help practitioners’ balance their lives. They do not give any space for spiritual realities (metaphysics) in their minds since spiritual realities can not be physically observed.

But, researches in the field of quantum physics have challenged such materialistic view.  They stated that in every atom there is a wide space and non material emptiness which spread between the atom core and orbit.

So, when we speak about the scientific method of Q-RAK, we speak with a point of view that believes the universe to be not just one dimensional, but multidimensional with a wider non material world.Thus Q-RAK is focusing more on that matter.

Now back to our discussion about qauliyah and kauniyah verses from God: By creating a clear map of both lots (mind and religion), I might say that in substance (including detail of practice) Q-RAK method can not and should not be argued against religion. As a self development method based on the universe, Q-RAK is not violating any religion rules. Q-RAK is not a religion and not exclusively connected to a certain religion. Shall we try to find its theological root, we will find its root in every religion that gives us a chance to dig and reveal more about the secrets of ourselves and the universe, thus lead us to a more positive development in getting to know God better (makrifat). Those who know more about themselves will know more about their God.

Clearly a perfect knowledge about our selves will become a mean to know God. This is of course related to the realm of perfect human being which I will try to explain in detail from theological point of view, beginning from the discussion about human structure, religious being, and Iblis as our true enemy. Furthermore, I will compare these theological concepts with Q-RAK concepts as a form of self digging and development and universal verses.
